On-Campus Residence

It’s important to us that your accommodation is safe and of a good standard that is why Nista now offers services for residences in your study destination!

Living on campus is a great part of student life. You meet new friends, learn new things and best of all you're close to everything on campus.

 

If you would like to live in University managed halls of residence, it is best to apply as soon as you have accepted your course offer to avoid disappointment in your choice of room type.

Residence offers everything you need to make your study experience an enjoyable and safe time. Enjoy the convenience of being steps away from the University/College and having everything you need at your finger tips. Take part in the weekly events Residence offers and get to know your fellow residents.

Who can apply for accommodation?

To apply for accommodation you must have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer to study a full-time course at the applied University.

​

You also need to be 18 or over at the time the tenancy agreement begins.

Is accommodation guaranteed?

We can usually search rooms to most new, first-year students and post-graduate students, but we can’t guarantee accommodation.

​

It’s best to apply for accommodation as soon as you’ve firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer from the university.

​

We can also help you to find private rented accommodation.

When can I apply for accommodation?

For students who are starting their course in September 2017, applications will open in late January 2017.

Off-Campus Accommodation

For students who decide to live off-campus, there are a number of rental properties available in the suburbs surrounding Universities you are admitted into.
